The Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT) was founded in 2012 and began training forest therapy guides in 2014. They have trained nearly 150 cohorts and over 3000 guides globally using a framework for Forest therapy that has been widely adopted and now taught by other oganizations around the world.
