A Note About Deposits
A CAD $300 deposit will reserve your spot in the cottage of your choice.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before the start of the retreat; however, we want to make the retreat as accessible as possible. If you would like to set up an installment plan, please reach out so we can arrange something that works for you and us.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled more than 60 days before the start date of the retreat, you will receive a refund of 75% of the amount paid.
If cancelled between 30 and 59 days before the start date of the retreat, you will receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid.
If cancelled less than 30 days before the start date of the retreat, no refund will be provided.
